Mixset

I want to be able to mix and play round with my CD collection. I want to blend songs together fade them out or mix the words of one song with the music of another. Is this possible, in case so what is the program called and and where can I buy it.

I would like to mix my own songs and mess about with other songs i have on the pc.

This sort of thing goes straight over my head so i dont really know what i am looking for.

I have new dj 2004, which was pre-installed but I dont like it.

I,m reluctant to spend too much in case I get bored with it.

Any help?
