   I think Tiesto uses many hardware synthesizers and is using something like Cubase as a sequencer. Just a hunch.
   If anyone has different info then let us know.

   tiesto doesnt use FL Studio i seen a video of him making a loop…what ever program he was using most likely cost a shit load…but if anyone finds out plz post i would love to use it…

   So yeah, he uses expensive synths and used cubase as his DAW to put it all together. Cubase is much more expensive than fl studio, and is the reason why many beginners choose fl studio as their first choice.

   Really, though, in the end its how you use your program, not what it is. FL Studio has a great user interface, and can use pretty much anything that cubase can (in regards to samples,vst plugins, etc.). Cubase is much harder to learn, but will give you more functions that are in the open, that would otherwise be somewhat hidden in fl studio. But, like I said earlier, its all how you use it.

   Who knows - there are myriads of programs out there.

   But 2 very powerful one that a lot of top DJs use is audio logic, and prologic If I recall the name correctly

   I’ve used FL for years now, ever since I started off as a beginner, till now that I have fair mastery over the program.

   But audio logic makes FL look like child’s play.
   It is SOO intricate, you can make ANY sound, and modify software synthesizers precisely. A piece of work.

   Cubase is decent software, but it really doesnt compare to the caliber of these.

    he only use his pioneer console when he play live nd when he is in studio he usis his own software called dj tiesto……

    i used FL Studio for 2 years all the problem am having is i am nt controlling the mastering effects echos and all this stuff all the time through the song cuz automation clips suck and cant b used on all vst effects added to Fl Studio
    But i figured it out
    so the whole thing is HOW U USE IT
    u can make a chitty program comes the best

    he use all of them. Any good producer use
    Reason, Cubase, Fl Studio, and Ableton Live.
    Example of another DJ. Deadmau5 use them all exept for reason or cubase im not sure wich one.
    Another Example. People use FL Studio and Ableton (for the pack it come with I believe) Then switch it and master it with reason or cubase.

    majd eyoun alsoud, you can automate added vsts on FL. Just click “browse parameters” in the vsts wrapper, and when the appear on the left then right click the one you want and left click “create automation”

    It is Ableton 6 or 7. use a bpm counter (like mixmaster it’s free) and you can make every mix. for in Ableton do not forget to turn the chanel into a pitc track…. very smoorh…
