What Software are you using? What Res are you at?

Try and get some info on your Software. Try and go as high as you can on your Res aswell. I think 19″ is 1024×768. Can’t remember the widescreen option.

Go to your desktop and right click your background and go to Proporties then on the top tabs of the window that opens click Settings and then there is like a little meter called Screen Resolution and find out what Virtual DJ runs on.

    Hope you solve it :)

Increase your monitor’s resolution to whatever the software/program says.

Control Panel > Display > Settings > move the slider to the right.

    Hi

Increase your screen resolution , right click the Desktop , click Properties from the drop down list , when the Screen Properties pane appears click on the Settings Tab then drag the slider to the right a few notches , click the Apply button

The screen will change and a pop up message will ask you if you want to keep the changes , if you screen doesn’t look distorted click yes , then try the program , if it still doesn’t work go through the procedure again until you get the right resolution .

    hope this helps bye

    1, goto my computer
    2, go into c drive
    3, go into programme files
4, go into your cue le folder or your virtual dj folder (depending on what your having the error with)
5, right click on the cue or virtual dj exe file and click properties
6, goto the compatabilty tab and make sure everything is NOT selected
7, if you had to deselect a box press apply and ok and exit
8, now try to open your programme again……
